About
I work with PE-backed FinTech and RegTech businesses at the two moments that define a hold period — post-acquisition, when the operating model must be built for scale, and mid-hold, when infrastructure becomes a ceiling on growth.
Three decades across Tier 1 financial institutions — including two CIO roles — give me the depth to operate at enterprise scale. I have sat on both sides of the table: as a large-scale buyer of enterprise software and services, and more recently as a seller building the capability to win and retain those same clients. That combination, and COO-level delivery inside a live PE hold period, is what the Operating Velocity Framework is built on.
I rebuilt a PS business from sub-£250K average deal size to its first £1M+ engagement with a Tier 1 global bank — and restructured the commercial model to make it repeatable. I work with founders, boards and PE investors as an operator accountable for delivery, not a consultant who hands over a report.
